Application information

You have two options of applying available to you, these are through the creating of a forum thread and filling out our template form or by following the link to the form you can fill out and send. By applying you agree to all rules of Yuri.

If you are applying using our form make sure that you fill it out as detailed as possible, you will not be able to make changes to the given information nor be able to edit or update anything. Also make sure that you spell your name correctly, this includes capitals and special signs, if they do not match exactly we cannot process your application.

If you are applying on our forum we require you to create a thread in this section, you can't post a thread as a guest anymore so you will have to register an account. If you do register a forum account make sure your account name matches your Perfect-World character name exactly or as close as possible in case of special signs. Since we archive each application in a section for future reference we ask you to use your character name as the thread title as well.

After we have received your application it will be moved to the voting section to be voted on by the members. This process can take up several days but we strive to have each application processed within a week.

If you applied using the form we might contact you in game trough pm or mailbox if any questions arise, please make sure your mailbox isn't full and that you can answer any questions we might have quickly if we catch you online. Once the process is completed we will create a thread on the forum to archive containing your name as a title with the status which will either be declined or accepted. In the case you are declined you can contact a recruiting executor to give you the reason why you were declined.

If you applied using the forum and the question template we will ask any questions we might have in your thread, please make sure you check our forum regularly to answer any questions we might have for you. Once the process is completed your thread will be updated appropriately and a title will be added to indicate whether you have been declined or accepted. In the case you are declined you can contact a recruiting executor to give you the reason why you were declined.

Alts information

If you are applying to Yuri on one of your many characters there are several other things that could apply to you in certain situations. If you have characters that are currently fighting under the banner of a rival faction your forum access can be limited due to possible conflict of interest. If in the future the faction you represent becomes hostile the same will apply naturally. The limitation will apply mainly to the territory war section of our forum but can be extended to other sections as well, for example application voting if it is deemed necessary. We ask you not to participate in wars for or against us but we do understand that this might be very hard to comply with in some situations. Of course we will not grant you the possibility of becoming an executor without fully dedicating yourself to us. We hope that even with this policy in place you will feel inclined to apply here to play the game with your friends that reside in Yuri. Do realise though that while you are welcome even though your priorities might not be with Mayhem that if conflicts do arise my priorities will lie with those fully dedicated to Yuri.
